Turning Towards in the Workplace

Here is an interesting article referencing Gottman's research as it applies to the work place. It is written by Dr. Marty Nemko, a career coach. He makes interesting points although he seems to have changed Gottman's language a bit from turning towards, away, and against to moving toward, neutral, and moving away.
